Monkscoole House, Rathcoole.

This project involved extensive asbestos removal works. There were quantities of both licenced and non-licenced asbestos found within the building. The project also involved an extensive soft strip of the building, mechanical demolition and site reinstatement works.

All soft stripping and mechanical demolition works were completed by B. Small Contracts owned plant and directly employed operatives.
