This project included licenced and unlicenced asbestos removal and disposal, extensive soft strip works, demolition and site reinstatement works. As the building was adjoined by occupied buildings owned by other parties, there were extensive hand demolition works required prior to mechanical demolition.

All soft stripping and mechanical demolition works were completed by B. Small Contracts owned plant and directly employed operatives.
