This project involved asbestos removal, mechanical stripping, dismantling and demolition of a large warehouse facility that had been damaged by fire. B. Small Contracts assumed the role of principle contractor and managed the project to completion.

All dismantling and demolition works were completed by B. Small Contracts owned plant and directly employed operatives.
