This project involved extensive internal demolition works for the provision of new elevators and staircases. All internal walls were demolished, and various holes were made through slabs through the use of Brokk robotic excavators and breakers. B. Small Contracts completed all temporary works designs, temporary works installations and demolition works on this project.

As well as the internal demolitions, the external façade was removed in its entirety. These works were completed at nights and weekends so as to not disturb the public during working hours.
