B. Small Contracts were employed to completed asbestos removal and disposal, soft stripping and demolition of a former office building on a busy street in Belfast City Centre. The project involved complicated traffic management systems, pedestrian diversion and ground protection. As the building was adjoined b other occupied buildings including a bank, vibration and noise monitoring was paramount to success. Hand demolition of various elements was required to ensure safety and minimal environmental impact.
All works were completed by B. Small Contracts owned plant and directly employed operatives.
